A Novel Structure of Shaped-Magnet Synchrounos Machines Based on Halbach Array in Radial and Axial Axes

چکیده :
This paper presents two innovative structural concepts for surface permanent magnet synchronous machines. One of these designs aims to enhance the machine’s torque output by incorporating a structure inspired by the structure similar to Halbach array in both radial and axial dimensions. The second design focuses on reducing torque ripples while simultaneously increasing the overall torque. This novel configuration combines elements from the bread loaf-shaped magnet with the previously mentioned Halbach-inspired concept. To illustrate the superiority of these proposed structures, a comparative analysis between other structures is carried out using magnets of the same volume and equivalent dimensions in terms of radius, axial, and radial lengths.
